Wedding Preparations
The morning began with the small details that often become some of a couple's favourite photographs years later. I started by photographing Brittany's wedding dress, invitation suite, rings, shoes and carefully selected accessories before moving between both preparation rooms. Adam spent the morning with his groomsmen enjoying a relaxed atmosphere filled with plenty of laughter, while Brittany and her bridesmaids shared emotional moments as everyone helped prepare for the ceremony. These quieter moments help tell the complete story of a wedding day before guests even arrive.
A Beachfront Ceremony at Phuket Marriott Resort Merlin Beach
Their ceremony took place on the beautifully manicured lawn overlooking the resort's private beach. The weather couldn't have been better, with clear blue skies, warm sunshine and a gentle sea breeze creating the perfect setting for exchanging vows. As family and friends looked on, Brittany and Adam promised their lives to one another against the stunning backdrop of the Andaman Sea. It's easy to understand why so many international couples choose a wedding in Phuket when locations like this exist.
Sunset Portraits Along Merlin Beach
Golden hour is always one of my favourite times to photograph couples.
As the afternoon softened into sunset, we explored the beachfront and tropical gardens around the resort, capturing relaxed portraits while the warm light reflected beautifully across the ocean.
Rather than spending hours posing, I prefer keeping portrait sessions natural and enjoyable, allowing couples to simply spend time together while I capture genuine interactions.

A Reception Filled With Laughter
Following sunset, everyone gathered for an elegant reception where the evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, laughter, delicious food and plenty of celebration.
The relaxed atmosphere continued throughout the night as family and friends toasted the newlyweds before the dance floor officially opened.
These unscripted moments are always some of my favourites because they perfectly capture the personalities of everyone involved.
